Keith Schiller served as Director of Oval Office Operations and Deputy Assistant to the President, following a distinguished career in law enforcement and executive security—trusted at the most sensitive points of power. George A. Sorial was Executive Vice President and Counsel to The Trump Organization, overseeing legal strategy, international development, and complex regulatory matters across jurisdictions. Robert W. Seiden is a former prosecutor and leading authority on asset recovery and anti-corruption, with operational reach in over 30 countries. Together, they offer unmatched access, strategic clarity, and the firsthand experience to guide clients through today’s most challenging legal, political, and commercial landscapes.

KEITH SCHILLER

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Keith Schiller is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience serving the interests and the people of the United States of America, specializing in security, defense and government relations. Mr. Schiller served in the United States Navy from 1978-1982 as a radioman RM-3 and was assigned to USS Plymouth Rock, LSD-29 located in Little Creek, VA.  After being honorably discharged, Mr. Schiller began his 21-year career in law enforcement with the New York City Police Department, which included numerous joint operations with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Administration, US Secret Service, US Customs and Border Patrol, IRS and ICE.

Mr. Schiller investigated a wide spectrum of criminal activity, including narcotics, firearms, homicide, rape, robbery, burglary and organized crime. After the attack on the World Trade Center in 2001, Mr. Schiller was deployed to the site, providing recovery/cleanup assistance and support to the multi-agency emergency response team. In 2004, Mr. Schiller retired from the NYPD as a Detective and was hired to be the personal bodyguard to Donald J. Trump. Mr. Schiller became Director of Security for the Trump Organization, where he served for more than 18 years.

After the 2016 election of President Donald J. Trump, Mr. Schiller was appointed as the Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of Oval Office Operations at the White House where he served for one year. Mr. Schiller accompanied President Trump daily on various official domestic and international matters, including White House Cabinet meetings, the 2017 G20 Summit in Hamburg, the 2017 NATO Summit in Brussels  and various trips to Saudia Arabia and the Middle East.

Upon retiring from public service, Mr. Schiller launched his own company, KS Global Group LLC, which focusses on the defense and security consulting.  He was hired by the Republican National Committee as Security Consulting advisor and currently works with both private and public entities both domestically and abroad. Mr. Schiller has been featured in numerous global media outlets and he has appeared in documentaries and biographies along with President Trump and the Trump family.

GEORGE A. SORIAL

MANAGING DIRECTOR

George A. Sorial is a Managing Director of Javelin Partners, LLC.  He is also the Founder of Sorial Consulting, LLC. An attorney, award winning author and consultant with decades of experience across multiple industries, Mr. Sorial specializes in general corporate law, government affairs, business strategy/transformation, real estate development and building strategic global alliances.  Mr. Sorial has worked closely with President Donald J. Trump since 2002 and was formerly Executive Vice President & Counsel to The Trump Organization and its affiliated companies with respect to its global portfolio of residential, hotel, golf course developments and product licensing ventures.

Throughout his thirteen year tenure with The Trump Organization, Mr. Sorial held senior management responsibility for the acquisition, development and construction of numerous mixed use projects, including the highly acclaimed Trump International Golf Links (Aberdeen, Scotland), Trump International Golf Links and Hotel, Doonbeg (Ireland) and the legendary Trump Turnberry Resort.  He also managed a wide variety of high profile legal and business matters, negotiating with numerous domestic and foreign government officials, politicians and other prominent members of the international business community. 

After the 2016 Presidential election, Mr. Sorial was appointed as the first Chief Compliance Counsel to The Trump Organization and was responsible for the implementation and supervision of the global companywide corporate compliance program.  As the Chief Compliance Counsel, Mr. Sorial had primary responsibility for monitoring and managing potential conflicts of interest and communicating with members of Congress in both the Senate and House of Representatives. He is also the co-author of The Real Deal: My Decade Fighting Battles and Winning Wars With Trump (Published by HarperCollins, June 2019). 

Mr. Sorial was formerly President of the Board of Managers, Trump World Tower, served on the Board of Directors at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, Trump International Hotel & Golf Links, Ireland and was company Secretary to the Board of Trump International Golf Links, Scotland.  He was also an Associate with the Day Pitney law firm and a Partner with DeCotiis, Fitzpatrick and Cole, LLP.  He is currently a Member of the Advisory Council for American Corporate Partners, a not-for-profit organization which provides assistance to veterans and their spouses during the transition from military to civilian careers and an active with the following organizations:

He completed his undergraduate studies at Boston University and earned a Juris Doctor degree from B.U. School of Law, an M.B.A. from B.U. Graduate School of Management and an LL.M from Seton Hall Law School.  He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and the States of New York and New Jersey.  His achievements and career have been widely covered in print, radio and television, with frequent public speaking engagements and media appearances on Fox News, CNN, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post and many others domestically and abroad.

Robert Seiden of Javelin Advisors

ROBERT W. SEIDEN

CHIEF COUNSEL & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Seiden has been a lawyer for 37 years and is a former Manhattan prosecutor. Mr. Seiden is Chief Counsel to Javelin Advisors and Managing Director. He is experienced in global litigation, arbitration, sanctions and OFAC matters, FARA issues, FCPA and related government matters. Mr. Seiden has been appointed a court receiver by courts in the United States over 30 times, including in cases involving publicly held companies. He has been appointed receiver in Hong Kong and Cayman as well.

He has been the deputy director of investigations for the Integrity Monitoring team for the construction of the Freedom Tower in New York City after the 911 attacks. He served from 1988 to 1999 as a prosecutor at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office as a trial lawyer handling homicide and other violent, narcotics and white collar cases. He is the founder and Managing Partner of Seiden Law LLP and owner of Confidential Global Investigations. Mr. Seiden’s company has performed due diligence for clients around the world on behalf of top tier companies, including The Trump Organization.

STRATEGIC ADVISOR

John R. Pughe is a Strategic Advisor to Javelin Advisors, where he focuses on national security, government affairs, and strategic partnerships across defense, critical minerals, and emerging technology. He advises clients at the intersection of public policy and private capital, with an emphasis on supply chain security, defense industrial base resilience, energy and resource security, and U.S.–allied cooperation.

John previously served as an Action Officer and operational Chief of Staff within Cerberus Capital Management’s Supply Chain & Strategic Opportunities Fund, where he supported the development and growth of national security–focused portfolio companies spanning critical minerals, aerospace and defense, space systems, energy, and advanced manufacturing. His work centered on aligning private investment strategies with U.S. government priorities and navigating complex interagency environments.

Earlier in his career, John served in the U.S. Government (2017–2021), including roles within the Executive Office of the President—The White House, and the U.S. Department of Commerce. At Commerce, he operated within the Office of the Secretary, where he served as Liaison Officer to the U.S. Intelligence Community at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and as the Department’s representative to the White House Indian Affairs Task Force, supporting interagency coordination with National Security Countil (NSC) stakeholders on supply chain security and Domestic Policy Council (DPC) stakeholders on Tribal priorities. He also served as Director of the Center for Faith and Opportunity Initiatives, advancing White House DPC priorities at the intersection of international trade, economic resilience, and disaster recovery, including economic recovery efforts related to Puerto Rico and national post-COVID initiatives. He began his public service as Professional Staff in the U.S. Congress and the Florida Legislature.

Prior to government service, John was an early member of the 2016 Donald J. Trump for President campaign, serving as Deputy State Political Director in Florida and contributing to multi-state special projects across key battlegrounds. He has also led on-the-ground Track II-nonprofit intergovernmental engagement in West Africa—particularly in Burkina Faso—advancing U.S.-aligned alternative energy partnerships and cross-border collaboration.

Following his time in government, John co-founded and successfully exited a supply chain security and development company. He continues to advise clients across the United States and internationally on public-private partnerships (P3), strategic advisory, and government engagement related to critical supply chains, emerging technologies, economic security, and national security.

John holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) and Mass Communication from the University of Florida. He also completed executive study at the Lee Iacocca Institute’s Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry at Lehigh University and is a member of the American-Swiss Foundation Young Leaders Program (2023). He is based in South Florida.
